We own an old home (1942) near downtown / heights area, around 1110 sq. ft. We have plenty of room on our lot to add a master suite in the place of our second driveway, we would also like to add on the utility to have it inside the home instead of out in the garage. I have plans drawn up but need blueprints done, I am an interior designer so I have a pretty good idea of what I want but am definitely open to idea's / changes. We are excited about making this addition to our home sometime in the next year, we'll have to before we have a second child. Master bathroom remodel. About 25 yrs old. Large shower to be redone, new cabinets, tub, countertops and flooring. Maybe change one of 4 doors to a pocket. Want rimless shower door and bench in shower.

We are looking into remodeling our kitchen. Removing our sunroom to make room for a two story addition. On the bottom of the additon our master bedroom would be expanded and the rest would be an office. The second floor would be a game room and a bedroom with a porch with stairs to go down outside.

I have a bathtub/shower combo with some cabinets directly abover it making for a very enclosed space that I would like to completely redo. I envision having the cabintes above the shower/tub gutted and then a new shower/tub with nice large tile and new faucet/shower fixtures and a couple of recessed lights placed in above the bathing space.
